I have ordered a new handset, DPD have tried to delivery 3 times but i dont have the code as the current handset is broken? How do i get the code so i can take receipt of the new phone?

Hi @Clareald
I believe the code is sent out by DPD. Do you have another phone that you could put the SIM into temporarily? The code may also be in the DPD app.
