Hi I had to phone to change an order address and they cancelled the order without me knowing so just wondering if that order would be able to be reactivated as I have still paid my upgrade fee etc thanks.

@xxlowes04  If the order is cancelled you’ll be refunded in 7-10 days. Please allow for extra time because of national holidays.     The order probably got cancelled because you tried to change the delivery address and the order can only be delivered to the billing address.

We'd need to get access to your account to see what's going on, so I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
