They tried 3 times then said lost phone
Called EE have to wait 72hrs for sales team to confirm what's actually happened.
Will I need to reschedule or just wait until sales team calls me

Have you checked their app.
They normally try twice to deliver.

I was told by DPD driver had failed to return phone . Called EE who then checked with DPD ,.....phone was returned at 15:30.
But not getting delivered DPD said lost phone .
I received one text from DPD no delivery slot
They had the phone from 26th sep.

Your first delivery was the 28th , then again on the 29th with another date set for tomorrow but as they have tried twice it looks like the device was requested back by EE.
I suggest speaking to EE on 150.

You think they will still honour the free watch that was supposed to come with phone as deal is no longer available

DPD said they tried to deliver my phone for the last 4 days - not a single driver actually turned up. Different reasons for delivery failure given each time. I was in all day, every day they said they tried to deliver. I contacted them 3 times. The last time I called they said my house number was not on the address given by EE but that I could not add it, EE would have to do that as it was a high value item.
I spent over an hour on a helpline chat with EE yesterday where they said they had given the amended address to DPD and rearranged delivery for today. Yesterday I got the same delivery failure text from DPD and checked tracking this morning. My package is being returned to EE. Utterly useless.
To top it all off EE has taken the money out of my bank account for the phone I have not received. So shoddy.
