I added an extra pay monthly phone contract to my account along side my existing one. I placed the order on the 19th July. Every time I try to track my order it keeps saying "ooops tracking timed out message". It is a Google pixel 9 pro XL so I'm sure there shouldn't be a delay as it's not a new phone that's just come out. Zero updates

I have just checked the stock for the Google pixel 9 Pro XL and all colours are showing in stock.
I would definitely suggest to Contact Us our team will be able to check everything on the account and give you information on expected delivery.
