Can’t order tracking

I haven’t reviewed about my order been 2 day now I wonder why they didn’t give me information about delivery

Thanks for placing an order with EE, what did you order? 

Have a look in your spam/junk mail to see if you have a order confirmation email in there.

If you do there should be an order reference number on the email and you can Track your Order using that.

I completely agree. I ordered on 29 December and all I know is that the order is’ awaiting dispatch’  For all I know I could be waiting until Easter!  Surely EE customer service can do better than this? The website says orders usually take 2 to 3 days. Some clarification of the word ‘usually’ is needed.
