hello today i’m place the one order iphone 17 pro 512gb with EE sim card and im upfront pay 30 pound but im not raceive tracking number im use the reference number but this not working

Welcome to the community.
Thanks for placing an order with EE, great choice of phone by the way. I can imagine you are eager to receive your order.
If you check in your spam/junk mail, your confirmation email should be there?
You can Track your Order using your reference number.
The payment should be showing as pending with your bank.
When a order is placed a payment request is sent to your bank, but the payment wont be taken until the order is processed. Your bank will set the payment aside "Pending" until we take it.
If for any reason the order does not get processed the bank will release the "pending" payment back into your account.

The same is happening with me. I placed the order, received the email, money was taken from my account but I can’t track the order.. maybe it’s a system fault?

Hi,
I ordered an iPhone 15 and I ordered today at 01:30am. I tried to use the use the order number and my email, and it’s says “sorry it didn’t work.” And it’s says to try to reenter the details.

Have you been able to successfully track your order?
As soon as your device is ready for delivery you will receive a notification from our courier DPD.
If you continue to get the message 'Sorry it didn't work' and want to track your orders progress with EE I would recommend getting in touch.
