I ordered my new phone last night and I just realised that the number is missing from the first line of my address. Spoke with DPD and they said speak to EE.. I would rather not call them is there an online chat function anywhere?

Pay-monthly customers have live-chat via the myEE app help section
I suspect that once the order has been placed, details can't be changed. And that you'll therefore have to wait for the delivery to fail, be returned, and the order get cancelled. Then you can re-order.
