Can partner receive my order?

Hi all,

Just a quick query. I have today just ordered my new pay monthly phone and it is due to be delivered to my home address this week. On the EE website it states that deliveries are contactless and DPD will take a picture of the order.  Is my partner allowed to accept the order on my behalf from DPD? She works from home and I'm office based. Saves me the booking a day off of work to receive the order

Cheers

Hello @Mfortune86 ,

Welcome to the community,

Yes she should be able to, but you will have to give her the PIN number, that DPD will send you, in order to receive the item.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
