Call for order confirmation

Hi, I made an order for an iPhone 15 pro max, I was told to call the number to confirm some details for my order to be processed. I tried calling them 3 times and all three times calls were over 2 hours yet no response. How do you expect people to call and confirm when no one picks up the call. This is really frustrating.

Called them on the same day and they said that my credit application was denied even though i got charged. They also said the refund would take 15-30 days so yeah. I just dont understand how they charge first before they determine if you qualify or not.
