But confused

Hello, I placed an order, the upfront got taken, I HAVE received an order number (which doesn't work as yet) in an email that's title is for me to call EE? I also don't have a way of communicating outside text currently, which is incredibly hard to do

I'm a bit confused, has this worked?

Hi @Polarmoler

Welcome to the community.

Does the email ask you to call a number to discuss your order?

Thanks for the reply.

It doesn't within the email, it's just in the subject/title part of the email. I just received one about my direct debit, too and hiw it will take effect next month. Everything looks positive, honestly. It's just the call us subject thay is confusing

Hi @Polarmoler

If the email advises to call us, to make sure everything has been processed you would need to give us a call from any phone on 0800 956 6000. The team can check the order and make sure this is on it's way to you or take any details they need to complete the order.

Leanne.

Where do I go? the only way I can talk to someone is with an EE number, which I don't have yet. There's no live chat either. This is really confusing me. It doesn't seem to make much sense at all

Hi @Polarmoler

That's our sales number so there should be an option to speak to someone, even without an EE Mobile number.
