Broadband & exclusive mobile benefit

Just taken out new broadband. Need to upgrade sim as part of benefit but want to keep same mobile number. How do I go about it? Thank you

The offer is showing on my app. The website is rubbish though as it keeps
saying I am blocked despite using different computers and then using
Chrome, Duck Duck Go and also Safari. Apparently it is a known fault and EE
are supposed to be aware of this. Didn't feel me with much confidence to be
fair but after the experience I have had with S K Y, there is no way it
could be any worse.
Anyway the broadband will hopefully be sorted for next Thursday. I will
then contact EE in respect of the offer for the mobile phone and see what
they say about me keeping my number. I am already with EE (but out of
contract) so hopefully it can be sorted out?

So update for you. 

As I was in town today for other reasons, I popped into the EE store as I was passing. Was seen within a couple of minutes after they finishing helping another customer. Then managed to upgrade my phone to the offer. So now I am paying less. I have Apple one (whatever that is but better than the other offers for me at least) I have the same roaming in the EU as well as USA which is what I had before. And as I have an e-sim they set it up straight away for me. Also have now the rolling monthly contract and unlimited data. And the most important part being I kept my original number.

So all in all top banana. Thanks for everyones help.
