Broadband & exclusive mobile benefit

Just taken out new broadband. Need to upgrade sim as part of benefit but want to keep same mobile number. How do I go about it? Thank you

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
As stupid as I am, can I "upgrade" as part of the exclusive package?

@keith47424  You want one of the sim deals because of having EE broadband,  these are the 30 day rolling contracts at a reduced rate ?   In order to have one of these you’ll need to take one out as a 2nd line on your account and once it’s working request your PAC  for your existing number and port it to a different network and then port it back to this now second line on your account which will now become the only line on your account.

I believe in order for them to add the special offer, the broadband needs to be live and linked to your account so it may even come up automatically online after activation.
