Return

Hi 👋

I returned my upgraded phone through the Royal Mail 'special delivery' silver bag which was sent to me and was received and signed for by EE on Friday 8 November.

I am still within the cooling period and the return email says the return will be processed within 48 hours and it's been 48 hours. What happens next?

Don't worry about the cooling-off period. If you've already told EE you're cancelling within the cooling-off period, you've done your bit. It then doesn't matter when EE action the cancellation.

Hi @Phoness

Thanks for coming here.

As your phone has been received it will need scanned into our warehouse and your upgrade reverted back to your original plan.

Have you received a text advising we have received your return?

Usually, it will take 48 working hours so not to worry if you have not yet received the text. I'm confident this will be with you very soon.

Katie

Haven't received a text message. But the proof of signed for shows the return bag bag amongst lots of other special delivery returns.

That's great you can see our team has this at the warehouse @Phoness

You'll get a further update once everything is reverted back to how it was prior to your upgrade.

Linzi 😊
