Blank Page, no email after placing an order

Hello 

after I’ve place an order I got a blank white page and I haven’t received any email from order confirmation. EE did charge my bank account for the upfront payment though. 
how can I get some information about my order. Thanks

 

It was for an iPhone 15 pro max

When did you place the order and have you checked your junk folder?

You can always ring customer service and they should be able to give you more information, but if they have taken the upfront payment, then the order must have gone through.

You will receive notification from DPD once your order has been dispatched the evening before delivery, and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Could you also let us know what colour and storage size you have ordered?

Yes I did check junk/spam etc. 

I’ve placed it today few hours ago. 

it was blue titan 256GB
