can everyone help me i make a  order with EE for iphone 12 but i had no email or nothing but the money gone out off my bank and i don"t know want is happing

@nicola1994 , when did you order the phone?

Have you also checked your junk folder?

Once the phone is ready for delivery, you will receive notification from DPD the day before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

If you are concerned, I suggest contacting customer service and they should be able to give you an update.

did you get a email went you place your order because i make a order this morning off a iphone 12 and the money gone

out of my bank account and i dont know want is happen if you could help me

@nicola1994 , if the money has gone out, then you will be receiving your phone, and will receive notification as mentioned above, but you can always check with customer service.

@nicola1994 , when did you put the order through? As I have already suggested, you would need to ring customer service, as they can see your account, but as I have written, if the money has been taken from your bank, then that means the order has been accepted.
