can everyone help me i make a  order with EE for iphone 12 but i had no email or nothing but the money gone out off my bank and i don"t know want is happing

If the money is pending with your bank, once the order has been processed you should receive an email regarding the order. If you would like to check the order has gone through please call us on 0800 956 6000 and the team will check this for you.

If you have no email confirmation, I would advise you to give the number above a call to check if this was accepted.

but the money pending in my bank and i had no email i just wait only oder it this morning but if it does not go thought will i get a refers please and has i said i will just wait it only be a day

If there is any problem with the order and this is not accepted, the money would be refunded, we have no access to your order on the community. 

If this has been accepted, once the order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with delivery information.
