Hi I ordered a phone on Friday spoke to someone on Monday the 20th who confirmed the order and she said I would receive it today I’ve had no further emails confirming this or a tracking number from dpd

Mine took just over a week. Try chase it up on chat. I did and I'm sure that got their **bleep**s in gear 😊
Although it can take up to 14 days according to their website.
