So I had 3 sim only deals which I upgraded to contract on 23rd August 2022, the upgrade took hours because of computer issues. I was told I would receive the new phones on next day delivery which sounded great. I received an email from DPD with a delivery time and then at the last minute the status changed to “being held by DPD” I have spent hours on the phone and via messaging because as of today 11th September 2022 I still haven’t received the new phones. I have been passed from person to person to be told by Alex at EE Customer Service that “ it’s not our fault”. I have logged 2 complaints and I now have to wait for DPD to return the phones to EE before they can revert my 3 contacts back to what they were. Any ideas on what else I can do as I’m paying for 3 contracts with NO PHONES and nobody wants to accept responsibility.

I'm sorry to hear this has happened.
Have you contacted DPD to see if they can advise why the phones have not been delivered and will be returned to us?

I don’t want any more conversation with staff that just ask exactly the same questions, I thank you for your contact but you are just one more person I have to explain things to. I will sum it up
Ordered 3 phones 23/08/2022 from upgrades (EE customer for years as well as BT full fibre HALO3/EE)
After many many communications with EE and DPD phones still not received 12/09/2022
EE requested phones back from DPD on 06/09/2022 and refused to return my account back to how it was before this fiasco started so I could go into my local EE store where Chloe the manager already has the phones in until EE had received the phones back. Why I’m not sure my contract is with EE and not DPD, they were never delivered.
Now stuck paying 3 contracts with no phones and no ability to go into store and sort new contracts out face to face until EE sort there act out
