Hi All,

Just received new Reno 8 5g this afternoon as upgrade. The advert indicated that there is an offer when ordered - free oppo earphones and a fitness band but this hasn't been delivered? Do I have to apply or are these sent separately?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
