Hi EE - I ordered a new phone and monthly deal on Friday, all went through. Got an email confirming the order but the email heading says, 'please call us to discuss'. My old phone is broken so I can't do this and my order number doesn't show up when I go to the tracker. Can you help please?

It sounds like there could be a problem with the order. I would suggest getting in contact with our Mobile Care team from another phone or popping into an EE store where they can help you get in touch.
