Literally lost £225 because ee cant put my address on a parcel with my work phone in its been neaely a week it i dont want it now too stressed, also ee had done exactly the same thing to a friend of mine a few weeks ago. I nearly lost my job

@Rob218 What are you trying to say ? Was this an upgrade? Device repair? New contract?
And if this is a work device I assume you’re the account holder of this contract?

Just you mentioned it was a work phone, @Rob218. I didn't want to assume that it was or wasn't.
I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team about the delivery to find out what has happened and what happens next.
