iPhone 14 Pro Max upgrade

Hi

i thought I would treat MTS and ordered a new IPhone 14 Pro Max on the 16th September, and although I received a confirmation email that day I’ve not had any further information.

can someone please confirm when it will be dispatched?

Which version did you order and when did you order it? You should have been given an estimated timescale.

I ordered an IPhone 14 Pro Max in deep purple on the 16th September.

Although I had a confirmation email on the 16th I have had no further information about when it would be delivered.

i orders a 128gb one, i understand that the new phone is popular but I would of expected a time scale on when it would be delivered 

The fact that a friend has received one within a week on Sky makes me think I should move.

The current estimate for delivery is to expect dispatch in more than 28 days.

There are other colours and memory sizes available with shorter delivery times. If you would like to discuss changing, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.

I understand that there may be other colours and sizes for memory, but these will increase the cost which I do not want to do and the purple is the colour I would like.

If I knew when it would be delivered that would be something, but I’ve had nothing. And as I said in previous comment it’s funny how other networks can get the phones by EE who are supposed to be number 1 provider can’t ?

It's a popular choice because of the price and colour, @SuperNids.

The phones are sent out on a first come, first served basis clearing the oldest orders first and DPD will be in touch when it's ready to be delivered.

I'd recommend speaking with us on 150 if you would like to discuss or check your order.

Thank you for your help I tried calling a number of times, but after being on hold for 51min with no answer I don’t see the point in trying again.

I will wait to see if I hear anything this week, but if not then I will more thank likely leave EE which is a shame as I have had a number of contacts with you for over 5 years.
