Hi.
Yesterday I ordered my AW Ultra as a upgrade watch plan by phone with customer service. They say all is sorted and watch should be with me within 7 days. But I didn’t get any confirmation mail or message. Is that still ok ? Because I don’t know now should I trust them or call again to make sure they will send confirmation mail ?

@Ghostdog2525 , You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

That’s strange that you was told 7 days.. I ordered on 7th and I was told 28 days. I think customer service team is completely miscommunicated by their management and/or.. they just try to subscribe as many customers they can by false promises in deliveries times and I have this feeling that may be even longer than 28 days in which case I will cancel on 29th because I think they should not mislead on delivery times and I also many customers says they were told they can’t tell when as such they will get stock which is offending in recent deliveries tracking possibilities times for customer as as well as for companies which ordering from manufacturers.. and I don’t believe Apple left EE dry hanging and not informing on delivery of watches

It depends on the strap. The green one is 7 days and the others are all 28 minimum

i had the same with my new phone upgrade…
when I called, I was told that it had not been ordered!!!
hsc to go through the whole process again!!!
if I were you, I would call them just to double check
