I order the Iphone 14pro max in Gold on 20/10/2022.
I was fairly told it would take 28 days. It has only been 18 but I don't have a confirmation email letting me know I have made the upfront payment or an email to let me know my order is verified.
When I go on the upgrade section now it tells me it is unable to let me upgrade.
Please help
