switching to sim only

I am due an upgrade, but i want to switch to a sim only deal. Whenever i try to select 'upgrade' it just says 'that page cannot be displayed' 

i have tried to do this on 3 different computers in 3 different locations and get the same result every time. 

i am getting really sick of getting nowhere with this.

@andyb67  Clear the browser history and cookies and try again.

Thanks for the advice. The EE help desk said exactly the same. I had
already done that, and as I already stated... I have tried on 3 different
computers on 3 different networks. So I somehow doubt that is the problem.
