I have just come from BT to EE with mobile phone .I have tried to get a iwatch but not able to get it. After choosing watch I want I am not able to press next. Could anybody explain why ?

When did you switch over to EE?
Do you have any other additional lines on your account?

i have moved last month and I do have a 1 more line /phone on same account and both were moved the same time . First bill paid already .
