When will my upgrade be ready to collect in store?

I ordered an upgrade on the 5th November to collect at store and haven’t had an email to say when it will be ready to collect.

The only email I have received is a confirmation. I tried to use the tracker to see the statues of my order but no luck.

@Holc34  The store will contact you when it’s there for collection.    What phone did you order ? Colour? Storage size ?
