Order was placed on the 15th Oct. Website said within 21 days and it still hasn’t updated to give me a date of delivery when I try to track my order it says it’s not available to track.

The delivery estimate for new orders seems to have come down a bit. It now shows within 14 days.
It may be worth calling 150 to check your order.
