Apple watch ordered - no tracking number received yet!

Hi - Please help

I ordered an apple series 9 watch on 9/11/23 and have only received the xko number. Nothing else since. There are no orders showing on my account and no information available to me when I try order tracking. I have no tracking number yet. It was supposed to be a 24 hour dispatch.

What is going on?

@bernic   24h dispatch doesn’t mean next day as this will depend on when you ordered it. 
And there’s usually no delivery over the weekend.    It also states usually dispatched within 24 hours not that it will  be dispatched in 24 hours. 

Download the DPD app and create an account with the same email address you used with EE,  this is the best way to see if DPD have an item for you.

I wasn't expecting a delivery by now - just an order sitting in my account to show I've ordered it. It's a poor system that doesn't show an order even if its awaiting a tracking number for dispatch with the courier.
