Apple ultra watch order

Ordered my ultra watch over the phone on the pre order day and received my pre order confirmation 👍  Had another email a week later saying order on track but no delivery date 🤷🏻‍♀️. They launch on Friday ,anyone else waiting like me .

Thank you for this information.  I am not sure what to do now as I really wanted the orange alpine strap.  Its so frustrating.  I hope its not 28 days.

I wanted the trail loop but was going to buy an ocean strap later for swimming. I'll just have to do it the other way round now.

Also just been back to check on something else and they said they had the orange and green band in stock, may be worth a call.

Just spoke to an agent, who finally gave me an order number. Although I can’t do anything with it as it isn’t traceable on the website. She said they currently have green alpine in small in stock or white ocean band. If they had a larger alpine I would have gone for it. But my wrist is 200mm so no good. She said stock isn’t coming from apple and they’re doing everything they can to get hold of them as soon possible. Interestingly she said all other bands are showing 7 days, rather than the 28 they seem to be when you look in the shop.

I ordered mine within the first hour of ordering.

Payment was taken on the 9th within the call. iPhone was delivered last Friday and was expecting my new watch to be delivered today.

If you ordered an ocean band you might be in luck in the next week or so. Mine is a trail and the don’t have any and no date when they’re getting them.

This was my approach as well. I changed my order to an Ocean Band and will just go and get the Orange Alpine Strap from the Apple store.

Yes, annoyingly the trail bands showed delivery on the 23/9 whenI ordered mine, which seems was a load of twaddle.
