Apple ultra watch order

Ordered my ultra watch over the phone on the pre order day and received my pre order confirmation 👍  Had another email a week later saying order on track but no delivery date 🤷🏻‍♀️. They launch on Friday ,anyone else waiting like me .

Guys - I updated the app on my iPhone yesterday, and there’s a new help section, with a ‘Get in touch’ option via message.  I didn’t hold out much hope, BUT….. at 21:30 I received confirmation via the message function that DPD has my watch, and it will be delivered today. I still haven’t heard via email from either DPD or EE, but the DPD website confirms I’ll get a 1-hour slot once it leaves their local depot. Wow.  Just got the text 14:52 to 15:52.  Result. Hang in there, it might actually arrive.  Good luck

I have just phoned in again and they have live stock of the Ultra with a white or yellow band and so they have ordered it and cancelled my previous order. They have promised again dpd notification either today or Monday

Hi All, Just as an update. The main issue is that the Alpine Loop is what's causing the delay, this is a delay from Apple, with a current ETA of 28 days or more.
I've just changed my order to the Ocean Loop and should have it on Monday.

I still think the overall communication has been TERRIBLE!!!

Mine just arrived.

I ordered earlier this week with the green Alpine band.

I didn't receive any comms from EE that the watch was on the way, but I did get an email from DPD yesterday and this morning.

I just did the same, ordered the black trail loop on pre-order day for delivery today and nothing. So phoned and Im getting the white ocean band version on Monday. Why people aren't offered an in stock alternative strap automatically I'll never know.
