Ordered my ultra watch over the phone on the pre order day and received my pre order confirmation 👍 Had another email a week later saying order on track but no delivery date 🤷🏻♀️. They launch on Friday ,anyone else waiting like me .

If I was getting emailed every week with an update I would not mind as much.
the only time I hear something is when I go on the live chat and ask about it.
come on EE it’s a month today since I ordered and had no real communication from anyone.

Mines same, ordered black/grey large trail loop ultra on 13/09/2022 over the phone.
been told it’s an open sales back order.
I am getting the same looping message weekly.
what I am failing to get is clear eta for my watch.
even if it was 7 weeks from order I could live with that but nearly 4 weeks post order I am disappointed that EE still cannot provide me even an estimated delivery date.
not the usual service I get if honest and I have 5 contracts with them for the kids and partner.

still same here yesterday i went my local EE shop and i spoke frankly with the guy in there and he told me is no in EE hand because the provider , of course money token and bad comunication, any way he told me the order can take a month after the 23th of sept , so count from that day 28 day plus , simple answer , so the most we can do is wait and forget about it till will get a message from DPD your ultra watch is ready to collect , but honestly never ever i will pre order again , this is a really bad experience , the lack of comunication from EE to coustumer , for me what a welcome i join 3 weeks ago to EE family 🙈

Why after all the confusion of delivery on these watches have EE now changed their upfront costs to zero and put the contract prices up by £4/6 and they now cost £40 per month????? What is going on ???? What happens to people who paid between £190 and £230 upfront? Isn’t it rather weird that suddenly after 5/6 weeks after launch it’s all change .
