Apple ultra watch order

Ordered my ultra watch over the phone on the pre order day and received my pre order confirmation 👍  Had another email a week later saying order on track but no delivery date 🤷🏻‍♀️. They launch on Friday ,anyone else waiting like me .

me i count 23 days since i pre order , i will never ever pre oder again , just go buy and decide my own service , i recieved a few relaxing message that is comming , but when 🙈

28 days today since ordering my ultra and still nothing. No emails apart from the order confirmation. 

I have friends with O2 who have had their watch weeks. 

where are the updates ? 

come on EE your letting customers down

Most versions of the Apple Watch Ultra have a wait time of 'over 28 days'. Some versions have a wait time that is slightly less.

it’s not great. I ordered it on the 9th with no mention of 28 days. It was only a few days later that your website then states 28 days plus. 

it’s the lack of emails and communication that’s letting your side down.

yes the date was 23th acording to the advertising and it wasnt , that is why many people are upset pre order mean advantage no wainting a month and lie about delivery date  , anyway we need to be patience and wait them enjoy

find out from the 23th count 28 days , but can be more if apple let ee still out stock

Standard weekly email received again today……order confirmation > 28days. Rather pointless and dull
