Apple ultra watch order

Ordered my ultra watch over the phone on the pre order day and received my pre order confirmation 👍  Had another email a week later saying order on track but no delivery date 🤷🏻‍♀️. They launch on Friday ,anyone else waiting like me .

You can check the estimated delivery times for the model that you ordered on our online shop. The orders are sent out on a first come, first served basis clearing the oldest orders first.

DPD will be in touch when it's ready to be delivered.

As mentioned by other in previous threads this date seems to have changed. It currently says 28 days. Is that 28 days from the date I ordered it?

That's 28 days from today, for people who order today, @Ellio11. All existing orders will be cleared before that though, in the order in which they were placed.

I can't give you an exact timescale, it means you'll receive it within 28 days. As soon as we receive stock we'll clear the orders earliest order to latest.

I’d take no notice what you read here!!! There is a delay with Apple on the Trail band - once they come into Apple (mid October) back orders will be fulfilled, both their direct customers/stores and other retail outlets like EE. I’m ignoring the 28days and it will be when it will be. Its only a watch and I’m amazed how much noise these first world problems cause 🤔🤷‍♂️

Yes communication has been shocking and the point I made badly is that EE have no clue what’s going on hence why everyone is being told “28 days” - in reality I think they should say “it will be a surprise”

we all the same as they  said very clear on the 23th and it wasn't , even if you order day one , stiil waiting , just we need to be patience and wait
