Apple ultra watch order

Ordered my ultra watch over the phone on the pre order day and received my pre order confirmation 👍  Had another email a week later saying order on track but no delivery date 🤷🏻‍♀️. They launch on Friday ,anyone else waiting like me .

Yep same here, pre-ordered in store, told me it would be delivered to the store. 
I’ve messaged EE asking what’s happening but they haven’t replied.

Yes me, ordered on 11/09 fella said we was going to get them pre release, heard nothing since.

The lack of communication is shocking. I still haven’t had an order confirmation or anything. Just the money taken from my account. When I log in to MY EE it’s showing an account credit for £196, and the money would be taken off my next bill. I don’t want my account credited I want the watch I ordered or some info to say when I’ll get it. Customer service told me it was a debit on my account and my watch order is fine. Nothing from DPD, account still showing the credit, and because I upgraded I’m paying a monthly charge for a watch I don’t have. Been with EE for over a decade and this is easily the worst experience I’ve had with them.

I just gave up in the end ,was getting nowhere fast so cancelled. Now I have to wait for refund , another 4-5 days. EE happy to take your money on pre order day but make you wait to get it back.

And now on the website they have certain strap combinations available for either next day or within 7 days yet when you phone up they say they have absolutely no stock left whatsoever. Who is running the website?? people need to be fired over this complete shambles

If they had stock of the other bands they could of messaged us with different ones to ask if we wanted to swap, but there’s been no communication at all.

That's exactly what I said to the sales guy on the phone. I asked why he couldn't just put on my order I want the watch with any band type or size and was told not possible, I then asked can you not just call and offer me the choice and was told no again. 

I'm both a personal and business customer and on the business website it still shows all watches available today! 🤬

If that’s true they should allocate them to existing orders. Pretty poor if that’s the case.

Business say they have none either. Lets hope stock arrives next week and we can all just look back at it and laugh about it, or not.

@Amanda1967   TBF that sounds about standard for a refund from most companies.  It's the banks that keep your money, not the trader.  I recently asked for a grand's worth of refund from Jet2 due to a cancelled flight and that took 9 days to arrive!
