Ordered my ultra watch over the phone on the pre order day and received my pre order confirmation 👍 Had another email a week later saying order on track but no delivery date 🤷🏻♀️. They launch on Friday ,anyone else waiting like me .

I’ve just received my DPD notification that they’ve got the parcel details. Fingers crossed for delivery tomorrow. Good luck to you all, hope you start getting your notifications this morning too 😊

I'm now being told that they are awaiting stock although when I agreed to sign a new contract I was told I would definitely get mine tomorrow 100% really annoyed that I have been lied to!!!

I am so angry and disappointed how I have been lied to. I was out of contract on my consumer/personal account with EE and was thinking about transferring to a business account and adding my other employee's phones when out of contract on O2.
I was told if I moved to business today (Tuesday 20th) that on Business the Ultra was in stock for delivery on the 23rd, even though on the consumer side the website states expected 28 days or more the business website states available 23/9/22 so I went ahead and opened up a business contract and moved my number across and placed an order for the Apple Watch Ultra. I noticed on my online account nothing was showing regarding the watch or the plan but after speaking with online chat twice I was assured everything was in place and delivery would definitely be 23/9/22 and I should wait for the DPD tracking notification. Well this morning I thought I would check again as I had seen people were receiving their despatch notifications and I hadn't. Now I'm being told that i have an open order and they are awaiting stocks, So I have basically been completely lied to and have signed a new business plan on an untruth. The Business website still states available 23/9/22 whilst consumer website states expected 28 days or more.
so frustrated as I could of got the watch elsewhere but not now!

I totally get it. I rang CS this morning to be told my order is an open order as of today . No date for delivery and no idea of what really is going on. So after a pre order email and a on track email on the 16th September ,I now have no idea when or even if I will receive the watch. Fumming as was told it would arrive on the 23rd and money take on the pre order day. CS said they are working on one server as their serves are off line and they normally work on six servers so they are very slow today. My contracts are up in a couple of months so this is make or break for me . Just be honest with your customers …. money taken so you’re making money on my money and I have nothing or no helpful information .

I’m fuming like you. Was about to port 3 other numbers across to EE but I don’t think so now. Been treated so poorly. The guy who took my order and promised me delivery tomorrow is supposed to of come back to me to explain but surprise surprise nothing. Such bad service.

I also ordered on pre-order day (email confirmation about 1309) and I’ve heard nothing about delivery tomorrow, but my plan date is actually 23rd and I can see that I’m being charged for the watch from tomorrow, so fingers crossed!

Ordered last Friday and was told delivery within 7 days - Now showing as an open order with no ETA - just within 28 days.
Some of the other straps are in stock as part of the stock, tried to put it through on a different strap but then all suddenly out of stock again.
Something isn't quite right there!
