Apple Watch Ultra Stock Update?

Has anyone been given an update on the Apple Watch Ultra stock recently (49mm, black/grey trail band)?

I pre ordered on the 9th for delivery on the 23rd but that hasn’t materialised (after being told on the 23rd that it was with DPD and to expect delivery within a day). 

I was then told last week by a supervisor that it will be a max of 28 days from my order date (which is tomorrow, I did query if that was 28 days from my order date or the release date and they were adamant that it was from my pre order date) and the DPD app isn’t showing anything and neither is the EE tracking link. 

What’s the likelihood of me being let down yet again tomorrow?

Exactly… that’s why they keep lying… to keep customers waiting… if this is the case and after new year… Im definitely cancelling

Today they told me more than 28 days wait… when I ordered it was 14 and than less than 7.

Believe me this is the last time when I purchase something with ee.. I was spent a lot of money with you and you don’t care at all about customers… you lying on phone about orders and saying “excellent customers service” ? I will never again upgrade my contract. I’m done. If my watch won’t be delivered within this 14 days as u says on order website I will cancel my order and finish my story with ee.

If probably cancel myself but I have the 13 pro max just now while I wait the 14 pro max and I’m not gonna NEED the watch till probably feb. But I will not be paying the monthly charge for the new tarriff until my devices are in my hands. I hope yours comes quicker man. It’s lying and saying they are picked to people that isn’t called for. I work for a massive uk retail company and I’d never ever tell a customer this if it’s untrue

I just got this

“….Your order is confirmed but we’re awaiting your expected delivery date. This is while we wait for delivery confirmation from the manufacturer. We’ll be in touch soon with an update on your order….”

And order isn’t on track AT ALL… 

It would be so better if EE just send email to all AUW customers that ordered it and get some sorts of explanation and also…. I do not believe that Apple is not feeding back to EE as to what is happening

Tbh I believe they don’t care… 

even here we never get explanations and understanding answer. If u want it ? Wait… even half year ! They don’t care !

The problem on here is that the info doesn’t line up with what ur told when u call. On here they say that when they times update online that only counts for new orders. Yet I was 7 days (on day 8 now) and I called and was told the times went up to 28 days and that’s where I’m at now. So if I’m 28 days that means new orders must be more than 28days? It’s a bit of a mess. I’m pretty chill but I can see why folk are getting mad.

New orders must be a lot more than 28 days as I have been waiting 35 days for mine so far.

Jesus 35 days. That’s messed up man. I’m getting the green trail in small but I’ve already purchased the orange trail  and they yellow rubber one

Yesterday I asked about my watch; why people waiting so long? Can he let me know if I will have to wait so long too? What is estimated delivery time etc?  I was told buy guy nemend Sanil that my watch is in wearhouse ready to be dispatched…🤣🤣… and after this chat.. quick survey.. 0-10 did you like it etc….

In my opinion this is as well the answer to our question as to why we being fed with this dates that we want to here about delivery but are not true… so we will happily score 10 for man on others side… then..  once u find out that delivery time is not what you was told by previous advisor, it’s to late, he got his 10’s anyway…
