Has anyone been given an update on the Apple Watch Ultra stock recently (49mm, black/grey trail band)?
I pre ordered on the 9th for delivery on the 23rd but that hasn’t materialised (after being told on the 23rd that it was with DPD and to expect delivery within a day).
I was then told last week by a supervisor that it will be a max of 28 days from my order date (which is tomorrow, I did query if that was 28 days from my order date or the release date and they were adamant that it was from my pre order date) and the DPD app isn’t showing anything and neither is the EE tracking link.
What’s the likelihood of me being let down yet again tomorrow?

I am in the same boat no update or emails from you guys at all. Finding that really poor customer service!

Make that 43 days that I have been waiting for my watch as of today 😞
And not once have EE contacted me to explain that there is a delay and to apologise.
To top it off, they still want to charge me 190 upfront for the privilege!
This is becoming a joke now.
Apple not being able to provide the volume of watches needed is one thing, but there are zero excuses for such poor customer service.
