Hi,
i ordered the AWU2 on September 15th so it’s now a month later. Is there anyone on this community with some inside knowledge of the order status for the new Apple Watch Ultra 2s?

Thanks for coming to the community.
I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your Apple Watch Ultra 2. I was torn on whether to go for that or just get the 10, and ended up getting the 10.
There are some versions of the Apple Watch Ultra 2 that are out of stock, so let me check that for you.
Which colour and loop did you order?

Hi Michael,
i ordered the Black AWU2 with the Milanese Loop watch strap.
I’ve noticed that the stock levels at Apple’s Stores are also down when you could walk into a store a fortnight ago and get one straight away. Now Apple’s own stock is getting pushed back to early November.

That is the one that is showing the longest despatch time at the moment.
Was it the large or medium strap?

That one is showing that the expected despatch time is more than 28 days. Hopefully it won't be too much longer given when you placed the order. I'm afraid I don't have any more detail than that.
When it is on the way you'll get a text from DPD, or a notification in the DPD app if you have that. It may be worth downloading the app as I have seen times where the PIN that is needed for the delivery is sent to the watch number and doesn't come through, but you'd get it through the app instead.

Hello,
sorry to jump on someone else’s thread.
I just wanted to ask how accurate the over 28 days is? The reason being is that when this was posted the website had printed “usually dispatched within 21 days” and still has this written.
It’s now been 33 days since I placed my order for the same as above with no word of it being sent any time soon, so I’m a little dubious about the information I’m seeing when something different is stated elsewhere.

If you have exceeded 28 days I would recommend getting in touch so our customer care team can chase your order.
