Hi James,

I haven't received a text from DPD with the pin or my delivery slot and they tried to delivery my phone yesterday. i have still had no text or pin and the driver is refusing to deliver my phone.

Welcome to the community.

If you aren't getting any texts from DPD , then it sounds like the contact details may not be correct. 

If you get in touch with our customer service guides, they can bring up your order, check the contact details, and if you are not receiving the PIN, get it update with DPD.
