I’ve received my confirmation email about my phone and sim order but haven’t received any updates about delivery. my tracking number keeps saying it’s timed out or just isn’t working at all, is there any way to check whether my order is on its way or is definitely confirmed?

Once the order has been processed and dispatched, DPD will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery.

I’m having the exact same issue, I only have my confirmation email but haven’t heard anything since, was hoping my phone would have arrived by now but starting to get a little worried since i’ve cancelled my previous contract with my last provider!

I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max in natural titanium 256GB on Friday the 19th July, I do have an xk order confirmation number but that doesn’t seem to be working. I have seen that this has happened to a few people in here so just wanted to double check!

Hello I ordered my iPhone 16 pro max on Monday which was now 4 days ago, I’ve had a email confirmation and tracked the parcel with EE however that doesn’t seem to be working. I don’t currently have a phone as my previous was broken, the confirmation email says we will receive the phone in 2 days. However this has not yet happened.

256 GB Black Titanium. In the confirmation email it says it should be with me in 2 days however it has now been 4, therefore I’d really like to know what is going on with it as I require it as soon as possible, due to not currently having a phone. I’ve called multiple times but can’t seem to get through and the live chat is never available and when it is it’s always full.

The model you have ordered shows 'Usually dispatched within 14 days' on the EE Shop online.
Once your order has been dispatched, DPD would be in touch with tracking details.
If you have no phone available for the text you can download the DPD app using the email address and postcode for the delivery to check for updates.
