Can anyone contact me about my order? its impossible t connect to 150 waiting time is over one hour! I've ordered on the last Wednesday got confirmation email (without racking number) and my account is already upgraded with new dates and prices and still don't have watch and any information either EE or DPD and I can't even call because always busy and there is no chat or whatsoever so please contact me or check that information here if I can't get help.

When I ordered on the 11th September it said normally dispatched within 14 days, that was also consistent with the ordering times on the Apple Store website at the time. Apple Store is showing 10th-17th October if you order today. Some information on orders would help to decide if I wait or order elsewhere.

I’ve ordered “normal” version (trail loop) and on EE website is - in stock and usually 1 day dispatch. So definitely was something wrong.
For a update to my case I finally reach them on 150 and they’ve said my watch is retuned to them because I wasn’t at home, that’s ridiculous I was at home all the time (holiday) and usually I had email or text message form DPD (or in app) and this time nothing. So I think they’ve blamed DPD but actually that’s their fault.

Just an update that I managed to contact EE through the web chat yesterday to get an update on my order (about two hours) . Informed me it would be delivered Monday and it turned up today, not sure if it was on its way already or if the call triggered it but great service in the end with next day delivery.

Received DPD delivery details last night so watch is now on route for delivery Monday
