Hello, just wondering if anyone else is always getting fobbed off by EE customer service and get told they will ring you back but never do? Or they try and find away to pass it on to somebody else? I’ve sent my phone back as it was an ideal phone for me and it got delivered yesterday but they say they have no information but I was informed by Royal Mail that it was and who signed for it. So now I’ve had no phone for over a week and I’m under medical care as Im disabled and need to be able to contact my care team if anything happens or Im  in need of help asap . But ee don’t care about there customers it’s always about the money

Good afternoon @Bomper1975.

Welcome back to the EE Community.

I'm really disappointed to hear you're not happy with how things have been going recently, and we'd always want you to feel supported when reaching out to our team for help.

Am I correct in thinking you've returned an upgrade and are waiting for this to be scanned back in at our end?

We do recommend that this can take up to 2 working days from when it's signed for at the warehouse for the return to be fully processed.

Did you not have a previous phone that you could pop your SIM into?

I'd hate to think we've left you in such a tough position.

Peter

No didn't have another phone and all the information what I got told from a executive customer service personnel is just a load of crap. He informed me that he'd take priority over my problems and sort it out quickly.  Gift of the gob they call it. Throughout the whole upgrade process I've had 1 customer service agent who actually  done his job brilliantly just a shame about the thick, useless parasites.  Really thinking of leaving even more now as I honestly think I'm getting brushed under the carpet the way  of the none existent efforts

As I mentioned in my last message, this is never the way we'd want you to be left feeling, @Bomper1975.

I'm going to send you over a private message so we can take a closer look into what options we have available to help with this.
