Hi I upgraded to a iPhone 16 pro max on September the 27th I still haven’t had any information about the wait time just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue

@Donnax1 If you haven’t received a confirmation of order you need to call customer support but check your spam folder. Delivery for that device model is over 28 days
