No reference number

I’ve placed an order and not received a reference number. Dpd have attempted to deliver but as I have no reference number I cannot access my 4digit pin on their website

Hi I have the issue that my account has been deactivated when I log in I need to log in to send a new code while I upgrade my contract how do I get this reactivated please?
