I've tried to contact customer support over the phone they ALL keep saying this can be done on the app. ON THE APP there is no option to add this. I will likely swear down the phone if i have to keep contacting them,

I haven’t used use my sim since Oct 2023. I try to reactive the sim when I need to receive text message from HMRC. I topped up my sim but I can’t use the credit to buy any plan. How can I reactivate? Cheers
