roaming abroad pass

I have a £0 spend cap. If I buy a £10 roaming abroad add-on for a trip to Italy, should I pause the spend cap?

Are you able to purchase the add-on with the spend cap activated? If not, it may be worth pausing till you get back. You can still keep an eye on your allowances through the My EE app.
