My account has been deactivated. I have recently upgraded and would like to gain access for my discount.

Please help

@VLS89  Account for what ?  If you’ve upgraded it’s not your EE account 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi 

I have recently upgraded. The guy at EE said that if I use my nhs email on EE perks I can get my nhs discount. I only use my personal email at present to see my bills etc. 

I have registered with my nhs email but now it has been deactivated. I think I need someone to look at my nhs account.
