Can I pay extra on my Apple Music benefit to upgrade to family sharing and if so how can I do it?

Sorry this would not be possible, the Apple Music offer is for an individual account. 

If you would like Apple Music with family sharing, you would need to subscribe with Apple. Please see the Get an Apple Music family subscription, support page for more details.
