Why cant I watch BT Sport on big screen? 

 

I thought I chose the option for big screen when I upgraded my phone and I'm pretty sure I have been paying for the added benefit, however I cannot watch on the big screen on any devices. 

 

I can't see anywhere on the App or the website that says I have it as a benefit, but not cant I see anywhere to add it? 

 

Why is it not working? I've realised today as it is the start of the new season, watching it on my mobile was on the plan! 

 

Help! 🙂

@Ad891  If you look at your account under add ons for your account does it say you have the large screen add on.   You can not choose this when upgrading you have to add to add it afterwards. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I don't seem to have the option to choose bt large screen in the add ons section under entertainment. this section only has apple add ons britbox and xbox game pass.  I have the bt sport ultimate as a smart benefit but this does not let me watch through my Samsung bt sport app. I had this function last week before I upgraded and I managed that by choosing the £5 large screen add on. any ideas please

I've tried this but just got an erro message saying I need to call 150.  When I called i was told I need to pay £15 or £25 a month to watch big screen even though its part of my EE package

Yes I do.  I had big screen last season but cancelled in May. Want to put it back on but get an error message.

You will need to contact our Customer Care team to get this added back on.

 

If you explain what has happened they will be able to help.

Thank you, I called 150 from my phone but they were not helpful. Do you have an alternative number please.

Calling 150 is the correct number to call, @pwg369.

 

They should be able to help you with this.
