I want to change my smart benefit to Netflix but it’s not giving me the option

Netflix is available as a Smart Benefit when you take any Android phone, any SIM Only plan, or any tablet/laptop on a pay monthly plan, do you have an eligible device or plan?

I had Netflix when I took out my contract of iPhone 13 initially, but they gave me the wrong colour, so I sent the phone back and got the colour I wanted. The contract and everything remained the same nothing changed only the colour of the phone, but I just realised that with the new phone my smart benefit changed to Apple Music, but I do not want that, I still want Netflix as I had.

I was on the phone for about 3 hours yesterday no answer, I went on the online chat again for another 3 hours no response, emailed fb messenger no response and community from which finally you got back to me.
